Hall Rental

The Smith-Wever Post #651 Hall may be rented for a variety of parties and occasions. A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time that the reservation is made for your event. A separate check of $100.00 must be submitted at the time of your booking as a clean-up deposit. You may check our website calendar for available dates for your event. Please open and print an application, (available below) with the Print Application link. The $250.00 balance for your rental must be paid no later than 10 days prior to your event. The clean-up deposit will be returned upon satisfactory clean-up and inspection following your event. Further details are included in the application print-out.   • Clean-Up Deposit: $100.00 (returnable upon satisfactory rental inspection)

Rental Requirements::Confetti and helium filled balloons are not permitted. No Confetti is to be used in the rental. DO NOT No tape on walls or ceiling. No thumb tacks. Push pins on walls only. Do not use the blinds to hang decorations. No Smoking inside the rental. Garbage should be placed neatly in plastic bags in garbage cans. Plastic and glass bottles and cans should be placed in WRAP can provided. ALL TRASH, BOXES ETC. MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES!It is expected that the premises should be left after your function as it was before your function.(Kitchen and bathrooms should be left neat)

THE RENTAL IS TO BE USED DURING THE TIMES AGREED UPON IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. YOU ARE RENTING OUR HOME, TREAT IT WITH RESPECT.
